What is a Golf Ball Drop?
Sponsored golf balls will be dropped from the top of a Burbank Fire Department ladder truck onto the Burbank High School Sports Field. The ball closest to the center flag (or target) will win the grand prize of $5,000! The ball farthest from the target will win $500! This is a family event with free games and face painting for children. Only $5.00 per ball for an opportunity to win! All net proceeds go to support children in our community!
A Burbank Kiwanis Foundation Charity Event
The Burbank Kiwanis Foundation and The Kiwanis Club of Burbank have a positive impact on kid’s lives right here in Burbank. We are dedicated to helping kids find their voice, increase self confidence and develop leadership skills. We do this through a variety of programs including the John Muir Middle School speech contest where every single 8th grader participates, the Burbank Unified School District
arts and music programs, YMCA Youth and Government, Scouts, and we are the sponsors of High School Key Clubs where we are providing mentorship, leadership, and cultivating a life time of community service.
Family Fun Day!
We are planning a fun filled event for the whole family! We are expecting to have have games, food, music, demonstrations, face painting, and booths from other community organizations with tons of great information!
Please note that not all activities may be available depending of the availability of the providers and Health Department restrictions. We will follow all rules and waivers maybe required to enter the event. We are planning a fun and safe event!
